Jeffrey Zeldman
Jeffrey Zeldman is one of the most influential figures in web design of the past thirty years. He wrote 'Designing with Web Standards', the book that inspired me to get into web design and development. He also founded the magazine 'A List Apart', whose articles taught me the most important fundamentals that I still build on today.
